We know that Almighty has blessed each one of us with beauties in life. It could well be materialistic richness, career advancement, most caring family, spiritual bent of life and walking an extra life to help the society at large. There are so many areas besides these when it comes to leading a most beautiful and rewarding life. But, unless we have good health, there is a big lacunae in so far as taking out the best out of human life.
With modern life been so busy and upcoming and educated young generation mostly engaged in sedentary duties, maintaining a correct sitting posture plays a very crucial role. In the upcoming series I would be giving few tips namely how to adopt the correct posture when we are engaged in different activities in our day to day life. Am sure, as in the past series,you would enjoy on this too.
Posture is the position in which we hold our body upright against gravity while standing, sitting or lying down. Good posture involves training our body to stand, walk, sit and lie in positions where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement or weight-bearing activities.

Keeping our bones and joints in the correct alignment in order that muscles are being used appropriately without there being any absurdity or laxity.
