We should avoid "can't" thinking or other negative approach to life. If we say something often enough, we may start to believe it, so we should keep our statements positive, not negative. We should not be afraid to seek help from our well wishers in achieving our goals. We should, however, remind ourself that we do not need approval from others to recognize our achievements/accomplishments. We should focus on what we are to do. We should remind ourself of all our capabilities and positive qualities.
