How may kinds of share holders are there in the Company ?
1. Ordinary Share Holders. These share holders have lower priority in the company's assets. They get only dividend and enjoy voting Rights.
2. Preference Share Holders. These share holders have no voting right. Of course, if a company goes in for bankruptcy or loss, they have the over riding priority to be paid their money/%age of share held/out of the assets of the company. In other words, they are not the losers.
